CULTIVATION LEAD
The Cultivation lead or Lead Grower position at Snaxland starts with supporting the core company goal of quality
cannabis cultivation. The Cultivation Lead is responsible for managing the life cycle of the plants, from planting
and cloning to harvesting, and working with and managing their team to do so. They must adhere to strict
regulatory standards and guidelines to ensure the production of safe and high-quality cannabis products.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintain and monitor the health of cannabis plants, including watering, feeding, and pest management
• Manage climate conditions in the growing environment such as temperature, humidity, and lighting for optimal
growth conditions, as established by Snaxland.
• Work with ownership to identify and resolve issues related to plant health and pest(s).
• Prune plants to optimize growth and maximize yield
• Harvest cannabis plants at the appropriate time, ensuring optimal quality
• Process harvested cannabis plants, including drying, curing, and storing
• Ensure compliance with all state & local regulations related to cannabis cultivation including required records.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness of the cultivation area
• Maintain comprehensive inventory records of all plants, equipment, and supplies.
• Responsible for general oversight, training and management of a small team at the cultivation facility to
accomplish successful plant production.
• Create a positive work environment fostering collaboration to ensure the efficient running of the cultivation facility.
• Responsible for the implementation & execution of policies & procedures set by Snaxland & the Colorado MED.
• Be prepared to complete inspections and audits with all applicable regulating bodies.
• Continually learn about new cultivation techniques, industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Cannabis Cultivator or similar role within the cannabis industry.
• Extensive knowledge of plant biology, including disease and pest management.
• Familiarity with state laws and regulations related to cannabis cultivation.
• Ability to perform manual labor tasks required for the cultivation of cannabis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or related field is a plus.

Working Conditions
• Ability to perform the following physical tasks: climb, push, pull, grasp, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, perform
repetitive motions, and carry items. Must be able to sit, stand, reach, and lift for long periods of time.
• Must be able to perform tasks in a warm, humid, and high light environment.
• Comfortable on ladder for periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs multiple times per day
• Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business and can include nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
