Cultivation Technician


Position Overview


We are looking for a hardworking, coachable Cultivation Technician to join our indoor living soil cannabis cultivation facility. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to start at the bottom with a new company, learn every aspect of the grow, and grow with us. You will be hands-on in all day-to-day cultivation tasks.


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform daily plant care including watering, defoliation, pruning, training, scouting for pests/disease, and general plant maintenance
  • Assist with transplanting, cloning, and moving plants between rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cultivation areas (rooms, hallways, equipment)
  • Follow living soil best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Assist with irrigation system checks and maintenance (BluMat experience is a plus)
  • Accurately record activities in METRC when required
  • Support harvest, drying, and other cultivation workflows as needed
  • Perform general facility cleaning and physical labor as required

  • Previous cannabis cultivation experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with BluMat irrigation systems
  • METRC experience
  • Physical Requirements


Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, work in varying temperatures and humidity, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
