General Laborer โ€“ Cannabis Farm
Pay: $20โ€“$25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Timeย 
Location: Westbrook, MN
Position Overview
We are hiring a General Laborer to help prepare and maintain a cannabis farm for growing operations. This is a hands-on role that requires someone dependable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined.
The ideal candidate is handy, comfortable working outdoors and around a farm environment, and able to help with setup, repairs, maintenance, supply runs, and general labor tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with setting up and preparing the farm for cannabis growing operations.
  • Help build, repair, move, and organize equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Perform general maintenance and light repair work around the farm.
  • Identify issues and help troubleshoot or fix basic problems.
  • Pick up supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.
  • Help with basic construction, setup, and farm improvement projects.
  • Support day-to-day farm operations and follow direction from management.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Must be handy and comfortable fixing things.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, maintenance, or construction is preferred.
