Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Pay: $19-20 / hour
Job Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA
Expected Hours: 40 hours / week | Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)

Primary Responsibilities:
• Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming
• Inspecting the plants
• Participating in cannabis harvest process including offloading, harvesting, and sanitizing
• Reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste
• Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery
• Disposing of waste according to strict compliance guidelines
• Hanging harvested materials and transporting hangers to racks
• Accurately weighing and recording post-harvest materials
• Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and trimming
• Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process
• Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures
Job Requirements and Preferences
• Must be 21+ or older
• At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment is preferred
• Experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness
• Experience adhering to strict state compliance laws and company SOPs
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
• Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
• Professional and respectful attitude towards others
• High school diploma or equivalent
