Job Responsibilities

Content Creation and Curation

  • Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, such as Property Marketing, Communications and the wider F&B team including chefs, restaurant managers and restaurant corporate teams to create compelling content across multiple restaurant brands.
  • Produce multimedia content such as photos, videos and graphics that showcase the unique culinary offerings, ambience and experiences offered by our restaurant brands.
  • Ensure conformance of social media content to respective restaurant's brand guidelines and aesthetics, while ensuring that the creative visuals elevate audience excitement that is associated with the Marina Bay Sands experience.

Community Management and Customer Service

  • Cultivate a positive online community by monitoring and responding to conversations across all restaurants' social media channels, including customer service recovery.
  • Collate TripAdvisor and Google reviews, and provide weekly reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide monitoring support after office-hours; 6pm-12am weekdays and throughout weekends.

Event Support

  • Provide photo and video event coverage for events such as guest shifts, restaurant opening parties, private events, and more
  • Produce post-event Reels and content in a timely manner.

Campaign Management and Analysis

  • Work with the relevant teams to plan, execute and optimise social media campaigns to promote special events, seasonal menus, promotions and partnerships.
  • Utilise social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure effectiveness of content and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, hospitality and culinary industries.

Support Restaurants' Social Media accounts and Activities

  • Key support for all administrative matters for restaurants' social media accounts.
  • Be the Social Media team's day-to-day contact for assigned restaurants.
  • Liaise and work closely with restaurants' operations teams to ensure seamless operations during social media shoots.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in social media management within the hospitality and/or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and tools, trends, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Strong production capabilities with the ability to execute social media shoots with professional photographic equipment and videography, including the usage of photo-editing software/tools and strong copywriting skills. Proficiency with Adobe Premier Pro will be a plus.
  • Possess good presentation and strong communication skills (written and spoken) with the confidence that comes with functional experience.
