Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Calgary, AB (Full-Time, In Office)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to become the operational backbone of its marketing department. Supporting 13 restaurant locations across Canada and the U.S., you'll lead the execution of national campaigns, menu launches, restaurant openings, and brand initiatives while managing a team of marketing specialists. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing strategy to life through exceptional organization and execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the execution of national marketing campaigns from planning through launch
  • Lead menu launches, seasonal promotions, restaurant openings, events, and brand initiatives
  • Manage the marketing calendar, project timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables
  • Lead and mentor a team of three while coordinating agencies, vendors, and production partners
  • Partner with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and restaurant leadership to ensure seamless execution across all locations
  • Maintain brand consistency and oversee the quality of all guest-facing marketing materials

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Proven success managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and vendors
  • Hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, retail, or other multi-location consumer brand experience is highly preferred
