It combines culinary arts with business and management skills, including menu planning, budgeting, staff supervision, food safety, and customer service. Culinary managers are responsible for ensuring food quality, efficiency, and profitability while also following health regulations. This profession often requires both formal education and hands-on experience in the food industry.
