Onsite is a therapeutic retreat center with a 40-year history of healing and is nestled on a beautiful 250-acre campus in the rolling hills just outside of Nashville. We are currently looking for an experienced Cook to join our back-of-house culinary team to help us delivery a wonderful culinary experience for our clients. ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE:
  • Shift: Saturday and Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm, Thursday and Friday 5:30am-1:30pm
  • This role is responsible for crafting culinary delights for our clients, staff and visitors.
  • The Cook is responsible for meal preparation, exemplary food service, recipes, and contributes to the creative process of crafting a great experience.
  • Work with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Lead Culinary Supervisor and other back-of-house staff to effectively plan for service. You'll follow recipes, portion controls and follow presentation guidelines established by the culinary leaders.
  • Be available to assist with anything that needs done, including serving clients, assisting with clean up, breakdown of serving bars, etc.
  • You must be highly proficient in working in a professional kitchen. Fast food or fast-casual experience doesn't apply in this case.
