Job Summary
Position Summary

The Retail Supervisor - Custom Jersey is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the custom jersey station, ensuring every fan receives a personalized, high-quality product and exceptional customer service. This role leads a team of associates, manages jersey customization production, maintains quality standards, and creates memorable fan experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operation of the custom jersey station, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding guest service.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an engaging and personalized shopping experience.
  • Assist fans with jersey customization, including player names, numbers, patches, and personalized designs.
  • Operate and oversee heat press and customization equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and presentation before delivery to guests.
  • Manage production queues during high-volume events, maintaining speed without compromising quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels of blank jerseys, lettering, numbering, patches, and customization supplies.
  • Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams to replenish stock and minimize downtime.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Train new associates on customization techniques, equipment operation, customer engagement, and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support store opening, closing, cash handling, and other supervisory responsibilities as assigned.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase customization sales through fan engagement and upselling.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
