Facility (MAC) Coordinator

Schedule: MondayFriday | Day Shift
Compensation: Up to $70,000 annually

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move, Add & Change (MAC) Coordinator to support workplace operations, office moves, employee onboarding, and facility transition projects within a fast-paced corporate environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong facility management experience who thrives in coordination-heavy environments, enjoys working with people, and can successfully manage multiple projects, vendors, and workplace requests while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What Youll Do
  • Coordinate employee office moves, workstation setups, and departmental relocations
  • Manage workplace changes including furniture reconfigurations, cubicle setups, and seating assignments
  • Partner with HR to assist with onboarding new employees, workspace preparation, and day-one readiness
  • Serve as the main point of contact for move logistics, scheduling, and post-move support
  • Coordinate with vendors for furniture installation, painting, cabling, and office modifications
  • Maintain accurate floor plans, seat assignments, and move documentation
  • Submit and track work orders related to facility and workspace changes
  • Support space planning efforts to optimize office layouts and workplace efficiency
  • Execute projects with minimal disruption to day-to-day business operations
  • Assist with after-hours or weekend move coordination when required
