  • Junior Professional Path: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in field operations or as a Junior Superintendent.

Core Responsibilities

  • Territory Execution: Plan and direct multiple installations simultaneously, ensuring all projects hit critical completion dates.

  • Field Leadership: Supervise in-house crews and subcontractors with a strict focus on safety and professionalism.

  • Technical Oversight: Manage site grading, soil conditioning, and the layout of hardscapes (pavers, walls) and softscapes.

  • Communication: Serve as the definitive point of contact for builders and high-end homeowners.

  • Financial Stewardship: Review purchase orders and manage field expenses to ensure project profitability.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 + performance-based territory incentives.

  • Vehicle: Choice of a Company Truck or a monthly Car Allowance.

  • Connectivity: Full Cell Phone reimbursement.

  • Total Rewards: Premium Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid parental leave.

Essential Skills

  • Blueprint Literacy: Ability to accurately read and execute landscape design plans.

  • Problem Solving: Superior ability to resolve on-site environmental or logistical challenges.

  • Clean Record: Valid Driver's License is required.
