BS - Business Administration/Management, High School
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. New Student Financial Support
  • Initiate contact with newly admitted and incoming students to provide financial onboarding support.
  • Deliver clear, timely guidance on tuition costs, financial aid options, payment plans, and deadlines.
  • Build supportive relationships with students and families to reduce financial uncertainty and increase confidence in enrollment decisions.

B. FAFSA Completion Support
  • Identify students who have not filed the FAFSA and conduct targeted outreach.
  • Provide step-by-step assistance in completing and submitting the FAFSA.
  • Educate students and families on required documentation and common errors to avoid.
  • Monitor FAFSA submission status and follow up to ensure completion.

C. Financial Aid Process Tracking
  • Track and manage student progress through all financial aid requirements, including but not limited to, the verification processes, acceptance of grants and aid packages, and completion of loan counseling and master promissory notes.
  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding financial aid steps.
  • Conduct timely follow-up with students to ensure completion of all requirements prior to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Financial Aid team to resolve issues that may delay aid disbursement.

D. Broader Team Involvement
  • Work as a member of a dynamic team alongside CU Online.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Director of CU Online.
