Description
Account Management & Ad Operations Reports to Head of CTV Services
New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $63,000 - $77,000
ABOUT CONTINUUM MEDIA
Continuum is a Managed Service TV advertising platform - making the buying and execution of linear TV advertising easier, faster, and more effective. Our proprietary platform is the industry's only true linear TV exchange, connecting directly into cable, broadcast, and streaming inventory to plan, activate, and optimize campaigns end-to-end within a single system for agencies and advertisers.
We replace the manual, RFP-based buying process with an exchange model that predicts the availability and price of linear inventory - powered by automation, data, and expert media stewardship. The result: more effective reach, faster execution, and a unified view of campaign performance.
We're a team of around 80 people - independent, competitive, profitable, and proud of it. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with offices in New York and Cardiff, Wales, we've built a culture anchored in respect, trust, curiosity, and grit.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building out our Connected TV (CTV) practice and looking for a sharp, organized coordinator to help hold it all together. As CTV Coordinator, you'll be the connective tissue between our clients, internal teams, and ad operations workflow - with direct exposure to one of advertising's fastest-growing channels from day one.
You'll report directly to the Head of CTV Services and work across both the client-facing and operational sides of the business, learning the industry from the inside out.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Account Management
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for CTV clients - managing campaign questions, status updates, and deliverable tracking
  • Help prepare client-facing materials including recap decks, proposals, and insertion orders
  • Monitor campaign pacing and proactively flag issues to senior team members
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining organized account documentation

Ad Operations
  • Traffic and QA creative assets across CTV platforms and DSPs
  • Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns, ensuring specs and targeting parameters are accurate
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and escalate with supporting documentation as needed
  • Maintain ad ops trackers and ensure campaign records are current and accurate

Internal Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate across sales, planning, and finance teams to keep campaigns on track
  • Pull and organize performance data from platform dashboards into standardized reports
  • Maintain shared trackers and internal documentation (e.g. campaign calendars, billing logs)
  • Support the Head of CTV Services with ad hoc projects and internal process improvements

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you like keeping things tidy and on schedule
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • Comfort working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for tracking and light data work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, no-ego attitude - you're just as comfortable taking notes as leading a call

Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with CTV, OTT, or programmatic advertising concepts
  • Experience with ad servers, DSPs, or campaign management platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, FreeWheel)
  • Exposure to trafficking workflows or creative QA processes
  • Experience pulling reports from media platforms or building simple dashboards

WHY JOIN US
  • Direct, hands-on exposure to CTV - one of advertising's fastest-growing and most dynamic segments
  • A small team where you'll learn broadly, not narrowly - and where your work is visible from day one
  • Mentorship from senior leadership and a clear path to grow within the CTV practice
  • A culture that values getting things done over titles and hierarchy
  • Competitive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, vision, dental & disability; profit-sharing bonuses; unlimited PTO; hybrid schedule; 401K match; and more

WHAT WE OFFER
We provide employees with an environment in which they can develop their skills and grow as individuals within our team. We do this by providing training opportunities, conference attendance, and subscriptions to online courses. Our aim is that you will think of a role at Continuum Media as more than a salary and more than just a job. To demonstrate this to employees, what we offer:
  • 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, vision, dental and disability
  • Participation in employee profit-sharing bonuses (subject to company performance)
  • Life Insurance, EAP, HSA with employer contribution, Pet Insurance option
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Vacation Incentive Program
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • 401K company match

HOW TO APPLY
Please send your resume and a brief note on why CTV interests you. We read every application and move quickly on candidates who stand out.
