Senior Marketing Manager - CTS Portfolio (North America)

Role Purpose

The Senior Marketing Manager - CTS is responsible for leading downstream marketing execution for the CTS (Connected Technology Solutions) portfolio across North America, translating enterprise and GBU strategy into coordinated, highquality commercial execution. This role owns pricing and promotions execution, campaigns, launches, and field activation for CTS, and leads a team of Marketing Managers aligned to CTS subportfolios (e.g., CAD/CAM, Imaging, IOS, DS Core). The Sr. Marketing Manager serves as the primary CTS execution partner to GBU, Sales, Commercial Operations, and the NA Marketing Director.

This role requires you to live in Charlotte, NC or the surrounding area. If you are not currently located there, you must be willing to relocate.  


Scope & Leadership Accountability

  • Owns NA downstream marketing execution for the CTS portfolio
  • Leads and develops CTS Marketing Managers, including roles aligned to:
    • CAD/CAM
    • IOS
    • Imaging
    • DS Core
  • Accountable for consistency, prioritization, and execution quality across all CTS downstream activities
  • Acts as the single point of accountability for CTS marketing delivery and performance in North America

Key Responsibilities

1. CTS Downstream Marketing Leadership

  • Translate enterprise and GBU CTS strategy into clear downstream execution plans
  • Define priorities across pricing, promotions, campaigns, and launches for CTS
  • Ensure alignment of CTS execution with NA commercial priorities and capacity

Leadership Expectation:
Balances speed, rigor, and scale across a complex, multiproduct portfolio.


2. Pricing, Promotions & Commercial Programs (CTS)

  • Lead regional execution of CTS pricing, incentives, and promotional programs
  • Partner with Commercial Operations and Finance to ensure:
    • Clear guardrails
    • Accurate execution
    • Consistent field and dealer communication
  • Oversee promotional calendars and sequencing across CTS subportfolios

3. Campaigns, Assets & Field Enablement

  • Oversee implementation of CTS marketing assets and campaigns across NA
  • Ensure campaigns are:
    • Salesready
    • Channelappropriate (Dealer, DSO, Field)
    • Executable at scale
  • Drive consistency across CTS messaging while allowing for portfoliospecific nuance

4. Product Launch & GTM Execution (CTS)

  • Lead downstream execution of CTS product launches in North America
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and readiness across:
    • Sales
    • Dealers
    • Education
    • Field marketing
  • Ensure launches move from announcement to commercial adoption and impact

5. Performance Management & ROI

  • Define and track CTS downstream marketing performance metrics, including:
    • Campaign effectiveness
    • Promotion performance
    • Launch execution quality
  • Partner with Analytics to assess ROI and incorporate learnings into future execution
  • Use data to continuously refine prioritization and execution models

6. CrossFunctional & Sales Partnership

  • Serve as the primary downstream marketing partner to:
    • CTS Sales Leadership
    • Commercial Operations
    • Field Marketing
    • GBU CTS stakeholders
  • Resolve tradeoffs related to timing, investment, and execution capacity
  • Ensure clarity of handoffs between upstream strategy and downstream execution

7. People Leadership & Operating Rhythm

  • Lead, coach, and develop CTS Marketing Managers
  • Set clear expectations for:
    • Execution excellence
    • Enterprise mindset
    • Crossportfolio collaboration
  • Establish operating rhythms, planning cadences, and execution standards
  • Build bench strength and succession within the CTS marketing team

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B, healthcare, or complex commercial marketing
  • Experience leading downstream, field, or regional marketing execution
  • Prior peopleleadership experience managing marketing managers
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen
  • Ability to lead in a matrixed, fastpaced environment
