Diagnostic Radiologist | Miami VA Medical Center | Academic & Multimodality Practice

Join the Miami VA Medical Center as a Diagnostic Radiologist and become part of a mission-driven, academically affiliated team providing exceptional imaging care to Veterans throughout South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologist seeking clinical variety, academic involvement, professional growth, and a meaningful patient-care mission.

The Opportunity

  • Interpret a broad range of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, general radiography, fluoroscopy, and nuclear medicine, based on clinical privileges.
  • Review imaging requests, establish appropriate protocols, and provide clinical oversight of image quality and contrast administration.
  • Participate in quality assurance, peer review, accreditation activities, and multidisciplinary conferences.
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinical teams to support timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and trainees through the Miami VA's academic affiliations.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and the continued growth of the Diagnostic Imaging Service.
