Description Job Summary: The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Site Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the security operations of construction sites, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and information. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, coordinating security protocols, and managing security personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for construction sites. • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems. • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.

• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure security plans align with construction schedules and activities. • Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties. • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
