CMC Electric, LLC. of Clayton, NC is searching for a full-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) for, Saturday shift only. Do you want to be a part of a highly functioning office team that is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment? We gladly offer our call center Reps a competitive wage of $15-$17 per hour, which is based on skills and experience. This Customer Service Rep (CSR) position enjoys working a typical call center schedule on Saturdays.

Our Customer Service Reps arrive each day determined to provide superb customer care to our clients and help keep our call center running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones and respond to online requests and inquiries for our robust customer base.
Your positive and up-beat disposition comes through in all your interactions and our clients enjoy interacting with us as a result of your intentional personal care! Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You are never bored as there is always a variety of people and conversations to work out your service muscles! You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant customer care experience
- Experience using a phone to interact with customers
- Proficient computer skills
