Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Client Services Supervisor for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $45k-$52k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!


Responsibilities:

The Client Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse office staff, resources, and daily operations to support customers’ storage, blending, shipping, and receiving requirements. This role serves as the primary liaison for cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships.


Daily responsibilities encompass customer service, scheduling, inventory management, review of ISO documentation, support with customer complaints and corrective action requests, and other assigned administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency with computer systems—especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP, and general office administration—along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor. Accuracy and efficiency in handling all related paperwork are essential.

  • Adhere to all company operating and safety protocols.
  • Report administrative activities and concerns to the Director of Warehousing and CSR Manager.
  • Perform all functions of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Interact professionally with all staff, carriers, drivers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Supervise CSR duties and performance.
  • Ensure CSRs are cross-trained on all customer accounts for backup coverage.
  • Manage and work across all customer accounts as necessary.
  • Provide coverage during CSR absences.
  • Ensure office personnel comply with all company policies and procedures; verify that each customer’s shipping, receiving, quality, and documentation requirements are met.
  • Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities with Warehouse Operations.
  • Verify that CSRs maintain up-to-date inventory records and accurate data entry for both customers and company.
  • Ensure all ISO documents and related paperwork are completed accurately prior to filing.
  • Confirm that all billable customer services are captured, charged correctly, and forwarded to accounting.
  • Participate in CSR performance appraisals.
  • Interview and select candidates for CSR roles.
  • Escalate significant personnel or customer issues to the CSR Manager.
  • Engage in safety and operational training programs.
  • Document and support resolution of customer complaints and corrective action requests.
  • Prepare corrective and preventive action reports.
  • Promote and uphold good housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Grade Product Safety protocols.


Location: North Hammond, IN


Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM

  • Overtime as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competence in general math and calculator use.
  • Hazardous Communication General Awareness.
  • HAZMAT Training & General Awareness.
  • DOT General Awareness.
  • Quality training (including understanding of Quality Policy and application to subordinate duties).
  • Product Quality Awareness.
  • Food Grade Product Safety Awareness.
  • Evacuation General Awareness.
  • Corporate Quality Policy General Awareness.
  • On-the-Job Training completion.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; OR
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong computer skills are required.
