Shodair is seeking a compassionate, creative, and team-oriented CSCT Therapist to join our team at Kessler Elementary School. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your clinical expertise directly into a school setting and help children and families build the skills they need to thrive.
We're looking for someone who is:

What You'll Do
As a CSCT Therapist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral health of students. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, while helping identify family dynamics and patterns that may contribute to a student's behavior and overall well-being.
You'll also:
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the treatment team
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide assessment and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student's needs
  • Serve as an integral member of the student's treatment team
  • Provide therapeutic learning and support during summer programming
  • Help create a positive, supportive environment where students can develop confidence and succeed

Requirements
Education, Training & Experience
  • Master's degree from an accredited program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field
  • Two years of experience working with children who have emotional or behavioral challenges is preferred
  • Training and/or experience providing individual, group, and family therapy

Certification/Licensure
  • Current Montana candidate-level license (PCLC, SWLC, etc.)
  • Eligible for licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Montana
  • Actively working toward full Montana licensure in accordance with the requirements of the Montana Board of Behavioral Health
