Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Crystal Reports in a TRIRIGA 10 system
  • Create and enhance ad-hoc Queries in a TRIRGA 10 system.
  • Performance tune Crystal Reports and TRIRIGA 10 ad-hoc queries
  • Identify bottlenecks for system performance in a TRIRIGA 10 system including analyzing AWR reports, application log files, and system utilization statistics.
  • Write SQL for segment shrinks, new indexes, updating instance data, and selecting data from a TRIRIGA 10 system
  • Provide knowledge sharing to IT technical staff in the administration and maintenance of the SAP Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, and BIRT.
  • Perform system administration and support of Business Objects Enterprise.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports.


Required Skills:

  • Experience (5+ years) with Crystal Reports development
  • Ability to performance tune Crystal Reports to run faster
  • Ability to write SQL Selects, Inserts, Updates, and Deletes
  • Experience identifying the root cause of system performance issues
  • Experience writing Segment Shrinking SQL scripts
  • Experience with adding database table indices using SQL
  • Write technical documentation for the work that you have completed
  • Experience with Business Objects Enterprise administration and support


Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in a facility management, lease contract administration, and/or real estate administration business group
  • Experience writing reports in BIRT
  • Experience writing ad-hoc queries in TRIRIGA 10
  • Experience developing and supporting Invoice Reports including Time and Materials
  • Experience working with a hosting vendor
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouses
