Country Manager, Poland Position Overview

As the Country Manager for Poland, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing local operations, and strengthening the company’s presence within the Polish cryptocurrency market. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands‑on marketing and business development experience, prior exposure to the crypto industry, and a deep understanding of the local market landscape, user behavior, and regulatory environment in Poland.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the Polish market, including market expansion, user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage local operations, including marketing initiatives, community growth, customer support coordination, and partnership development.
  • Drive brand awareness and user engagement through localized marketing campaigns, social media channels, KOL collaborations, and offline/online community events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Poland, including regulators, financial institutions, payment providers, media, and industry partners.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within Poland and the broader European crypto landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Product, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to ensure alignment with company objectives and local market needs.
  • Act as the key representative of the company in Poland, promoting the brand and supporting long‑term strategic growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the local team while fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or general management roles.
  • Prior experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, trading, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience managing the Polish market or serving as a Country Manager is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Poland’s crypto ecosystem, local consumer behavior, and regulatory framework.
  • Proven track record in driving user growth, partnerships, and commercial results.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English and Polish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
