Our client is looking for an Crypto SME -TRM & Chain Analysis for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Crypto SME -TRM & Chain Analysis

Location: NYC, NY - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, AML, KYC, Sanctions, or Transaction Monitoring.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Crypto AML / Blockchain Risk Management.
  • Strong understanding of crypto compliance controls within global banking environments.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major blockchain intelligence platform, such as TRM Labs or Chainalysis.
  • Strong knowledge of crypto transaction lifecycle, wallet risk assessment, blockchain analytics, crypto sanctions compliance, and financial crime investigations.
  • Experience defining Transaction Monitoring scenarios, detection rules, alert generation, and alert review processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial crime data models, entity resolution, wallet attribution, clustering, and counterparty intelligence.
  • Experience with graph analytics and network analysis for crypto risk and financial crime intelligence.
  • Experience working with large financial institutions, preferably Tier-1 global banks or investment banks.
  • Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, investigations, regulatory reporting, and financial crime operating models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior Compliance, Financial Crime, Operations, Data, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Prior consulting, advisory, transformation, or implementation leadership experience is highly preferred.
