Responsibilities
  • Binance Angels program - Recruit, train, and manage Binance Angels (volunteer community program).

  • Events & meetups - Organise and host online and offline community events, meetups, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions to drive engagement and brand awareness.

  • Telegram/Discord moderation - Lead moderation of regional Telegram and Discord groups, including implementing bots, mini-games, and community campaigns.

  • Partnerships & university outreach - Build partnerships with local crypto communities, student groups, and universities to expand Binance Academy reach.

  • Content creation & localisation - Create, translate, and proofread community content in English and local languages for regional relevance.

  • Platform expansion - Explore and introduce new community-friendly platforms to extend the local user base and brand awareness.

  • Brand promotion & community support - Promote Binance's brand, products, and campaigns while providing high-quality community support.

  • User acquisition through community - Turn community awareness into traders and traders into advocates via owned community channels.

  • Feedback loop - Collect user insights, market trends, and community feedback and relay to internal Product, Growth, and Marketing teams.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years in community management, event organisation, or related fields.

  • Crypto and Binance enthusiast - actively uses Binance products (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Earn) and understands crypto/blockchain terminology (DeFi, Web3, NFT).

  • Experience curating content for social media platforms; Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, WhatsApp.

  • Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.

  • Familiarity with Telegram moderation tools, bots, and community engagement campaigns.

  • Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with data, dashboards, ROI tracking)

  • Strong conflict resolution and communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations constructively.

  • Ability to work flexible hours (crypto communities are active round the clock).

  • Fluent English

  • Deep understanding of the West African social media landscape and community behaviour.
