Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trading operations for the fund’s crypto assets and portfolio projects
  • Develop and implement liquidity management and risk‑hedging strategies
  • Conduct on-chain and off-chain analysis to support investment and operational decisions
  • Monitor and analyze market data, trends, and arbitrage opportunities
  • Support portfolio project teams on tokenomics and financial strategies
  • Collaborate with the Venturelabs team to coordinate trading and capital activities
Qualifications
  • Experience as a trader in cryptocurrency markets, DEX, or CEX
  • Knowledge of DeFi products, liquidity, and smart contracts
  • Experience with on-chain and off-chain data analytics
  • Strong understanding of risk management and portfolio trading strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment and adapt quickly
