About the Job

The blockchain and crypto market presents with an opportunity to grow usage of our tools, platforms, and products in new ways and with new customers. We can apply lessons learned from prior blockchain work to guide engagement with partners who extend these technologies into their industries.
Forhyre seeks a Product Manager to bring clarity, generate energy and deliver success for our client in blockchain/crypto.

Responsibilities
This role requires someone who is highly motivated, combining exceptional strategic thinking, superior executive communication skills, project management, quantitative skills, and excellent team member skills (down, across, and up.)
The Candidate In This Role Will

  • Identify customers’ and partners’ unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for product enhancements or development of feature(s) via analysis of various listening systems and feedback channels and of market and industry trends
  • Have a demonstrated track record of successful engagement with senior leaders and Customers and/or Partners on highly complex and/or ambiguous topics
  • Demonstrate values of integrity, accountability and respect
  • Engage external blockchain/crypto ISVs to build on the Cloud to enable learning and establish early wins
  • Collaborate with internal = teams and leaders towards a shared understanding of lessons learned, opportunities, priorities, and plans - putting inclusion at the center of our interactions
  • Synthesize insights from the market, customers, partners, regulators, and technology trends, to help refine blockchain/crypto strategy and execution
  • Identify short-term and long-term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritizes investments leveraging data insights and in consultation with cross-functional partners for feature area(s)

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business development with prior experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication for both internal and external audiences and ability to adapt to your audience (including senior executives)

Preferred Qualifications/Nice To Have

  • Insatiable curiosity, drive to learn new topics and create clarity with stakeholders
  • Experience with crypto, blockchain, distributed ledgers, or web3; conceptual knowledge of modern cryptography
  • Positive and collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work on cross-team projects/managing distributed stakeholders that deliver results
  • Focus on helping external partners or customers to solve their adoption of products
  • Experience with creating or executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Financial services background
  • Experience successfully navigating complex organizations
  • Track record of strong collaboration and communication about strategy, execution, and technology
