Role Name - Crypto Operations Specialist

ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

As the US Crypto Operations Specialist, you will partner with Trading, Finance, and external counterparties to manage settlements, reconciliations, and daily operations. This hands-on role also focuses on improving processes and scaling operations, offering a strong opportunity for experienced crypto professionals in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cryptocurrency trade settlement activities, coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure timely and accurate processing Conduct trade and settlement reconciliations across the full post-trade lifecycle, investigating and resolving discrepancies as required Monitor and manage digital asset inventory levels, collaborating closely with Trading and Finance teams to support forthcoming settlement obligations Administer the whitelisting of cryptocurrency wallet addresses in accordance with established controls Support broader banking operations, including onboarding of new beneficiaries, monitoring payment cut-off times, and managing related banking processes Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of external counterparty and trade-related operational data Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate risk Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize operational workflows and support business scalability

Experience

Previous experience (4-5 years) in crypto operations, ideally with exposure to settlements, key management, white listed address wallet, etc..

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders High attention to detail Highly ambitious, with a strong desire to learn and grow Strong interest in fintech and digital assets Advanced Excel skills
