As our Sales Lead, you will drive revenue growth by building high-value partnerships with employers and helping them scale their teams through our recruitment solutions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals with crypto startups, protocols, and established exchanges.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote employer products, including featured job listings, recruitment software, and bespoke hiring solutions.

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within the Web3 ecosystem, including Founders, HR Leaders, and Talent Acquisition Managers.

  • Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback, ensuring our employer tools remain competitive and aligned with the needs of the industry.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and reports on revenue growth and market penetration.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in professional sales, with a proven track record in SaaS or B2B platforms.

  • Deep knowledge of the crypto industry landscape and a strong understanding of its unique hiring challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with institutional clients.
