Position Summary
As a Kitchen Team Member, you play a vital role in preparing high-quality food that keeps our guests coming back. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where consistency, efficiency, and teamwork are key. Your goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every dish served.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • Maintain stocked and organized workstations throughout each shift
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment and surfaces
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
  • Execute consistent plate presentation and garnishing standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and grills, safely and efficiently
  • Assist team members during busy periods and support prep work during slower times
  • Help open and close the kitchen according to established procedures and checklists
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and food handling guidelines

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:
  • At least 1 year of food preparation or kitchen experience
  • Experience with pizza, ovens, fryers, or grills
