We're currently looking for dependable and hardworking Kitchen Team Members / Dishwashers to join our team!

Position Summary
This role plays a key part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Responsibilities include washing and maintaining dishes, assisting with food prep (including sauces and pizza dough), and supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals.
Our kitchen team members are essential to ensuring every guest leaves satisfied by working with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and dry dishes for daily restaurant operations
  • Possess organization skills
  • Prepare food items, sauces, and pizza dough for service
  • Follow company standards for portion sizes, prep methods, and food quality
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including dish pit, prep stations, and kitchen equipment
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate food products
  • Keep stations stocked and ready for service
  • Assist team members as needed during busy and off-peak times
  • Open and close the kitchen and dish areas according to procedures and checklists
  • Work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work each shift
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must maintain good hygiene practices.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
