Aroma Joe's Shift Leaders assist TL's with daily operations and help identify areas of improvement as well as achievements TL's may miss. A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Finding ways to support your TL, team, customers, and community that exceed expectations.

  • Communicating with TL on various topics.

  • All basic Barista tasks are still performed daily.

  • Assisting TL with placing inventory orders.

  • Performing equipment maintenance.

  • Supporting CT's with training needs.

  • Assisting with Daily deposits, etc.

  • Weekly inventory count.

  • First point of contact when TL unavailable.

Additional Job Description:

Pay Range:

$17.66 - $20.87

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
