As a Soybean Crush Operator, you will operate grain handling and oilseed processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Your work will directly support meeting production targets and delivering products on time to our customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands on industrial operations, working with large scale equipment, and playing a key part in keeping supply moving reliably and efficiently.Principal Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesStart up, operate, and shut down soy processing equipment.Conduct quality checks.Maintain daily records and logs.Perform routine preventative maintenance on operating equipment.Perform general labor, housekeeping, and sanitation responsibilities as required.Perform all work within safety and environmental guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies as well as company policies.Perform job within established CGMP?s.Perform all other tasks as assigned.Minimum Education and ExperienceStrong reading, writing, math and analytical skills.Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh School or GED preferred.01 year of experience.Physical Requirements and Environmental FactorsAble to move freely throughout the AgriBusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-50 pounds).Exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus.
