2026 Season Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and passionate USCG Licensed Lecturers/ Naturalist participate in our Zodiac tour operations.
Share your knowledge and passion as a lecturer and captain on our educational expeditions supporting expedition cruise ships. If you have a love for the sea and a desire to educate others, we want to hear from you!

Experience - Luxury Cruise - Zodiac/small boat must have USCG license ( preferable zodiac tiller Driven Inflatable), STCW, near coastal license.
  • Operate the Zodiacs safely.
  • Preferred Alaska region Experience
  • Share their knowledge of a given region.
  • Provide expert guidance in the field.
  • Interpret for guests aboard ship, in the Zodiacs, and ashore.
  • Share information informally during interactions with guests.
  • Assist as necessary with other tasks.

Zodiac Captain will work in support of the Expedition Leader to ensure that all expedition arrangements not only meet but exceed expectations for both the company and the guests. They collaborate closely with other Expedition Team members to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination with other onboard departments. At all times, close cooperation is essential to ensure a successful and enjoyable expedition experience.
