Government Statistics Students Jobs (NOW HIRING)

• Reports to the President and Vice President, with additional duties assigned by the SGA Financial Specialist Chair the Segregated University Fee Allocation Committee
• Recruit and train the Segregated University Fee Allocation Committee members Chair the Non-allocable University Fee Allocation Committee
• Recruit and train the Non-allocable University Fee Allocation Committee members Co-Chair the Differential Tuition Steering Committee along with the President of the Student Body
• Implement and enforce Student Government Association fiscal policy
• Responsible for overseeing all Student Government Association funded accounts
• Train and assist student organization treasurers on the budget process
• Provide any further educational sessions on segregated fees as requested
• Train and supervise the SGA Associate Budget Director
• Serve, in conjunction with the Student Governance Association Financial Specialist as the comptroller for segregated fees.
• Serve as the interpreter of financial decisions made by the Student Government Association Senate and President Form a working relationship with the Division of Business Affairs and Division of Student Affairs.
• Manage the budget office, including making sure any financial forms and information are readily available.
• Attend the Student Government Association Senate and the Executive Staff meetings.
• Serve a minimum of 12 hours per week in the SGA Office or related work meeting on campus, with the exception of Student Senate.
• Meet at a minimum of once near the end of each semester with the President and/or Vice President to specifically discuss and document transitional material including semester accomplishments and helpful tips.
• Documentation must be typed, emailed, and stored in the President, Vice President, and Budget Director's email accounts, as well as handed over for the next person in the role.
• Transitional materials must also include an updated list of contacts at the last meeting of the executive's term.
• Other duties as assigned
