Job description

The Sanitation Driver is responsible for the timely delivery, pickup, and servicing of portable sanitation units at customer locations. This role involves safely operating company vehicles, using pumping hoses and related equipment, maintaining accurate service records, and delivering excellent customer service—all while maintaining a strong safety mindset and clean driving record.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
  • Safely operate a company vehicle (flatbed truck and/or trailer) to deliver, service, and retrieve portable sanitation units

  • Service equipment by pumping holding tanks and performing routine maintenance

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Maintain accurate daily logs and service documentation

  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and protocols at all times

  • Safely operate equipment in a variety of outdoor and weather conditions

Customer Service
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on-site

  • Build positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and management

  • Represent Crown Services with professionalism and integrity

  • Respond to customer needs efficiently and respectfully

General Expectations
