Position Summary
The Systems Application Manager will train, support and manage software applications within Crow Holdings Development, partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts across the enterprise to ensure successful user adoption, and efficient business processes. This role will be remote.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage critical efforts around user support, application maintenance, training, and systems implementation for across the development companies
  • Training
    • Design and implement training programs for systems across the development companies
    • Partner with leadership to provide comprehensive training programs for applications
    • Participate in technology projects as a subject matter expert, tester, and/or trainer
    • Coordinate on-boarding as well as on-going training for employees; track for completion and mastery
    • Participate in the research, design, development, testing, delivery, and training of new as well as modified business processes, reports, tools and software
    • Develop and provide training for external partners as necessary for critical systems and processes
  • User support and application maintenance
    • Manage on-going awareness around adoption of critical tools, systems, and best practices
    • Build and maintain relationships to understand business challenges and efficiencies around system applications
    • Create testing scripts and oversee end user testing of new systems, procedures, or software upgrades
    • Maintain group of subject matter experts in the field to assist with communication to the divisions
    • Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and/or third-party vendors to resolve questions and issues regarding systems and processes
    • Identify areas for improved efficiency, vet new systems and integrations based on business needs
    • Develop and maintain process change management and policy/procedure documentation
    • Manage, track, schedule and maintain software upgrades
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovation

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Yardi Accounting, Investment Management and Job Cost experience required
  • Procore construction management experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for technical documentation, training design and delivery of written and recorded materials
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and establish relationships across all levels and divisions within the organization
  • Expect 30% travel for this role
