Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Call Center person for a temporary claim administrator in Glendale, WI.
Be a part of the team that administers Class Action lawsuit settlements.
Responsibilities:
  • Claim Processing – accurately and promptly.
  • Customer Service call center
  • Prepare communications and reports as requested.
  • Attend training and department programs/meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to switch from case accurately and effectively to case.
  • Solid math skills, able to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and percentages.
  • Strong, fast, and accurate keyboarding and Excel capabilities requires.
  • Solid analytical skill to hear or read and/or interpret written and verbal claim and claim processing instructions and other communication.
