What You'll Do...


  • Conduct behavioral assessments and identify the functions of challenging behavior.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other stakeholders to improve student outcomes.
  • Provide training, coaching, and on-site technical assistance to direct care and educational staff.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior support plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and person-centered planning to ensure behavioral goals align with each student's overall success.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
  • Continue growing professionally while helping students achieve critical milestones that help shape their futures.

 

What You'll Bring...


  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
