Located at 335 Powell Street in the heart of the city, the hotel provides team members with a dynamic, guest-focused environment at the crossroads of San Francisco’s past and present.

Role Description The Building Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based at The Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, CA. This role is responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety equipment. Typical tasks include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, completing preventive maintenance, and documenting work in maintenance systems. The Building Engineer collaborates with hotel operations and vendors to support guest comfort, energy efficiency, and safety standards, and responds to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas.
