Job description

Company

Rebag, the ultimate destination for buying and selling the most coveted designer handbags and accessories, is an e-commerce company reimagining the role of luxury in the secondary market. Rebag has opened a world of endless access to luxury, with a unique business model that puts the seller first, offers upfront payment, and makes the resale experience smooth and clutter-free.

Since its inception, Rebag has catered to a rapidly growing segment of consumers who are exploring ownership of luxury goods in a sustainable and affordable way. The company operates online and in stores, with locations in Los Angeles, New York and Miami. Founded in 2014 by a team out of Harvard Business School, Rebag is backed by prestigious venture capital investors including General Catalyst, Novator, Crosslink and FJLabs, and has raised $100m in funding to date. In 2020, Rebag was named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies. Rebag has been featured in the New York Times, Business of Fashion, VOGUE, TechCrunch and more.

Role

Rebag is seeking a full-time Warehouse Worker to support our Warehouse Photo Production team. This role is responsible for preparing and documenting luxury handbags and accessories as they move through our warehouse production process.

This is an operations-focused position, not a marketing, creative, or fashion photography role. The primary responsibility is to accurately document each item's condition through a standardized photography process. Every item received by Rebag is photographed as part of our inventory documentation, including items that return to the company for resale after being previously purchased by a customer.

No photography experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and welcome candidates with experience in warehouses, fulfillment centers, retail, hospitality, restaurants, manufacturing, or other production environments.

What You'll Do
  • Support the daily operations of our Warehouse Photo Production team.
  • Prepare luxury handbags and accessories for standardized inventory documentation.
  • Follow established procedures to accurately photograph products for internal documentation and e-commerce records.
  • Carefully handle luxury merchandise while maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
  • Organize and move merchandise through each step of the warehouse photo production workflow.
  • Verify that all required images are captured according to company standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient production workstations.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory, and Photo Production team members to ensure products move efficiently through the production process.
  • Perform other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely lift and move merchandise as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, retail, manufacturing, restaurant, hospitality, or other production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience handling merchandise or inventory is a plus.
  • Experience with luxury goods or product photography is not required. We provide on-the-job training.

Hourly Rate: $19
