Job description

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager - Growth will own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and execution of growth initiatives across iHerb's B2C ecommerce experience. This role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned marketing channels.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for identifying friction in the customer journey and run high velocity experiments to optimize the funnel. You are a "full-stack" growth thinker who understands how to use data and insights to unlock revenue and customer value at scale.

Job Expectations:
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for growth initiatives, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), referral loops, and retention mechanics.

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities across ecommerce surfaces and owned channels.

  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements, participate in agile development processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews.

  • Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app platforms to improve key funnel metrics.

  • Work closely with Engineering to build scalable growth features and with Marketing to align paid/organic traffic with high-converting product experiences.

  • Partner with Data and Analytics to define and track North Star metrics and leading indicators

  • Lead a dedicated or cross-functional growth squad, managing backlogs and sprints with a high velocity of shipping.

  • Clearly communicate results, learnings, and tradeoffs to executive and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, enabling personalization, lifecycle marketing, content operations, and experimentation through technology.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

  • Proven track record of driving "move the needle" results in a B2C e-commerce or marketplace environment.

  • Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation to drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.

  • Comfort working with Engineers on APIs, tracking pixels, and data schemas to ensure clean attribution and event logging.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.

  • Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, and system integrations.

  • Customer-first and outcomes-driven mindset.

  • Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer value.

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to contribute to design discussions and wireframing.

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Preferred:

  • Direct experience optimizing international e-commerce funnels

  • Background in SEO-driven product growth or referral program management.

  • Experience supporting international or multi-brand e-commerce platforms.

Experience Requirements:

Generally requires seven (7) or more years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience within a consumer software, e-commerce, or platform-focused environment.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required. A Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar technical degree is preferred.
