Job description

About us

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer‑led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/

About the role

Ruby labs is looking for a Senior CRO Manager – someone who lives and breathes conversion optimization and delivers measurable results. In this role, you'll have a clear mission: deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter.

Unlike companies where CRO specialists simply make recommendations, you'll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high‑fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes.

We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards those who exceed targets – top performers see substantial financial growth tied directly to their impact. If you're ready to apply your optimization talents in an environment where excellence is expected and rewarded, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.

  • Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high‑impact opportunities.

  • Design high‑quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.

  • Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.

  • Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.

  • Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.

  • Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.

  • Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.

Qualifications
  • Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands‑on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.

  • Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding , able to create compelling, detailed mockups.

  • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).

  • Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast‑moving environments.

  • Ownership Mentality: Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.

  • Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).

  • Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

What We Offer to High Performers

We value ambitious professionals who deliver results. We offer:

  • A merit‑based environment where performance directly impacts compensation

  • Substantial bonus structure tied to exceeding KPI targets

  • Rapid career advancement for those who consistently deliver

  • Autonomy to implement your vision without bureaucratic barriers

  • Opportunity to work with a team that moves fast and values excellence

If you're a CRO professional who thrives on measurable impact, loves owning the full optimization process, and wants compensation directly tied to your performance, we want to talk. This role is for someone who doesn't just want to suggest improvements – but wants to create them, implement them, and be rewarded for their success.
