Job Summary:
EMCOR Mechanical Services is a provider of mechanical, automation, and energy solutions. They are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver efficient CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
โ€ข Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
โ€ข Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues
โ€ข Implement Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
โ€ข Conduct or oversee unit testing and deploy solutions following best practices and security standards
โ€ข Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems
โ€ข Integrate CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer sciences/engineering, associated discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
โ€ข Minimum of 2 plus years of experience developing proven solutions in customization and development for Microsoft Dynamics 265 CRM
โ€ข Strong knowledge of C, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

โ€ข Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management
โ€ข Familiarity with SQL Server and data modeling
โ€ข Ability to build advanced data visualizations using Power BI and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
โ€ข Ability to communicate with, understand, and translate business needs into software development requirements.
โ€ข Ability to provide customer support to end users working with custom applications.
โ€ข Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and QA testing.
