Summary:

The Recruitment Marketing & Candidate Relationship Management - Manager leads employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, and candidate engagement efforts. This role drives initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice while increasing awareness, engagement, and hiring outcomes. The Manager oversees employer branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, career site optimization, and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. This position leads a team responsible for content creation, brand promotion, career site management, CRM engagement, events, and marketing deliverables to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strong talent pipeline. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Communications, external vendors, Workforce Technology, and business leaders, the Manager serves as a tactical partner in advancing workforce, hiring, and growth goals.

Responsibilities:

Establishes and drives key performance indicators (KPIs) for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement initiatives.Supervises and develops the Recruitment Marketing team. Establishes team goals, priorities, and performance expectations. Provides coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Fosters a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
