Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the Global CRM Administrator manages and enhances Heraeus Medevio's CRM system (Salesforce.com including selected add-on software). This includes monitoring and automating CRM functionality, providing user training, ensuring data integrity, and supporting CRM-based reporting. The Global CRM Administrator also serves as a member in sales-driven enhancement projects and as a backup key-user for other sales tools at Heraeus Medevio.
This is a hybrid position that can be based out of either the Fridley or White Bear Lake, MN locations, and may require the ability to move between both sites as needed.
What You'll Do Every Day:
  • Responsible for the technical management of configuration, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform. This involves working with corporate IT as well as with Salesforce consultants as needed to trouble shoot and to implement solutions
    • Responsible for configuring and maintaining custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
    • Also responsible for managing and supporting the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, e.g. Azure Single Sign On, Conga Composer, Conga Grid, Outlook
  • Maintains user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc., and managing organization wide defaults (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
    • This includes ensuring corporate IT requirements regarding a GBU-managed application are met
  • Supports the usage and the enhancement of the CRM system, e.g. by providing training, ensuring data hygiene, optimizing and customizing workflows and reporting related to the main use cases (leads, account master data and contacts, pipeline management, quoting, customer surveys)
    • Responsible for creating training materials and conducting trainings / coaching sessions
    • Also responsible for engagement with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions that leverage CRM functionality, and leading projects to implement those
  • Leads or participates in projects for enhancements related to sales process improvements, data architecture, analytical tools, system upgrades and user experience initiatives
    • Also serves as a backup key-user for other sales tools at Heraeus Medevio (e.g. Anaplan)
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required with a strong preference for experience using and customizing CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Experience with general business systems and excellent Microsoft Excel skills to conduct ad hoc analyses.
  • Ability to distill complex data and information into clear insights for Senior Leadership.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-minded and focused on problem solving.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as needed; travel will be minimal but may include international travel.

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected hiring range for this position is between $93,000 and $110,000 based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 10%. Our total compensation package includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
