Role: CRM Asset Management SME
Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 2-3 Months
Responsibilities:
Work directly with client counterparts to design / deliver functional specifications for enhancements to CRM and interface customization to ECC
Provide report-out of status on a weekly basis to the Deloitte and Ecolab RMO teams
Required skills:
SAP CRM functional experience is required
Preferred skills:
Experience with Asset Management functionality in SAP CRM, specifically looking for someone who may have experience with lease agreements, integration to ECC of sales orders for leases, equipment / asset master integration with ECC, and/or meter reading functionality for equipment in the field (e.g. dispensers, leased equipment to customers such as dish machines)
