Job Summary
The CRM Data Analyst/Engineer serves as a key driver of operational efficiency by combining technical expertise with strong business insight. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of a Salesforce environment—from identifying business challenges and designing scalable processes to executing development and maintaining system performance. The position focuses on building solutions that enhance workflows, improve user experience, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Internal User Support
    •    Serve as the primary technical resource for internal Salesforce users across multiple departments
    •    Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user blockers, and ensure uninterrupted platform performance
    •    Manage user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with security best practices
    •    Coordinate with development teams to review open tickets and ongoing initiatives
Business Analysis & Process Optimization
    •    Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
    •    Design and document end-to-end business processes, including data flows and user journeys
    •    Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Salesforce Administration & Development
    •    Configure and maintain Salesforce components, including objects, fields, permissions, and automation tools (Flows)
    •    Develop custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when required
    •    Ensure system scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements
Project Management & Documentation
    •    Manage and prioritize the product backlog, creating clear and actionable task requirements
    •    Track project progress and coordinate deliverables across stakeholders
    •    Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation to support system continuity and user adoption

Qualifications
    •    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
    •    3+ years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or Salesforce-related roles within a professional environment
    •    Experience supporting business applications and working with cross-functional teams
Core Competencies
    •    Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
    •    Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
    •    Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools
    •    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support users in a fast-paced environment
    •    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    •    Experience managing tasks and workflows within agile environments
