Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, CRM Analytics to join Givenchy North America at an exciting stage of growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Development, this role is responsible for transforming CRM data into meaningful business insights that drive client engagement, boutique performance, and commercial growth across the region.

This role will oversee CRM reporting, performance measurement, and client analytics while partnering closely with Retail, Boutique Directors, Training, Data, IT, and Central teams. The Senior Manager will ensure that CRM reporting goes beyond dashboards by translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations that boutiques can implement to improve client acquisition, retention, appointment productivity, and overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Analytics & Business Insights

  • Serve as the regional CRM analytics expert, providing actionable insights that support business growth across all US touch points.
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc CRM reporting for executive leadership and boutique teams.
  • Analyze client performance across all client segments, identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive measurable actions within boutiques.
  • Build reporting methodologies, KPI scorecards, and dashboards that provide visibility into client performance and boutique execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client acquisition, retention, reactivation, appointment productivity, and client loyalty through data-driven insights where possible for Retail and Wholesale.
  • Monitor business performance across boutiques, highlighting best practices and opportunities for improvement where possible for Retail and Wholesale.
Job responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Boutique Directors to establish, monitor, and evaluate weekly and monthly CRM KPIs.
  • Provide performance recaps with actionable recommendations that help boutiques improve CRM execution and client development activities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with boutiques and the Client Development Team to identify opportunities for growth and support execution of client development initiatives.
  • Monitor key CRM behaviors including:
  • New client acquisition
  • Client reactivation
  • Data capture and enrichment
  • Support the Senior Director of Client Development by providing meaningful reporting and performance analysis to inform regional priorities.

Client Development & Client Experience

  • Analyze client journeys and engagement behaviors to identify opportunities to elevate the client experience.
  • Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, clienteling initiatives, and boutique activations.
  • Partner with Retail and Client Development teams to optimize client outreach based on segmentation, purchasing behaviors, and lifetime value.
  • Support boutique teams by identifying high‑potential client opportunities through data analysis.
  • Ensure CRM insights translate into personalized client engagement that strengthens long‑term loyalty.

CRM Systems & Data Management

  • Act as the North American business expert for Salesforce CRM, Qlik, and reporting platforms.
  • Ensure CRM data quality through ongoing monitoring and recommendations for data governance improvements.
  • Partner with Central, Data, IT, and LVMH teams on CRM reporting enhancements and system improvements.
  • Support implementation and optimization of CRM tools that improve boutique efficiency and client engagement.
  • Create scalable reporting frameworks that standardize performance measurements across the region.

Events & Client Activations

  • Partner with boutiques to measure the performance and ROI of client events and activations.
  • Analyze invitation strategies, attendance, sales conversion, client retention, and acquisition results.
  • Identify best practices and provide recommendations to maximize event effectiveness and client engagement.
  • Support regional client initiatives by delivering post‑event analysis and actionable business recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Retail, Wholesale, Training, Data, Digital, Omnichannel, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to support CRM initiatives.
  • Partner with Central teams to align reporting standards, KPI definitions, and client analytics.
  • Support executive presentations by delivering concise, data‑driven business insights and recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by using analytics to influence decision‑making across the organization.
Profile

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM Analytics, Client Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Client Development within luxury retail.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Qlik, Excel, and reporting/dashboard development.
  • Experience creating executive‑level presentations and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail clienteling and CRM best practices.
  • Knowledge of client segmentation, customer lifecycle management, appointment productivity, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will be recognized for turning CRM data into business action. Through insightful reporting, thoughtful analysis, and close partnership with boutique teams, this role will help elevate client development across North America by enabling boutiques to make smarter decisions, strengthen client relationships, and drive measurable business results.

Rather than simply reporting performance, this role will ensure analytics lead to execution—empowering boutiques with practical recommendations that improve client engagement, sales productivity, and overall client experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 - 160,000 annually . The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including:
