Role Summary    
    Own and advance the global CRM and data strategy for Talent Solutions, improving the quality, quantity, governance, nurturing and visibility of leads across markets.
    Connect marketing, sales and technology teams to build scalable CRM processes, reliable data and measurable campaign performance using HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore and related integrations.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities    
    CRM Strategy and Roadmap: Develop, communicate and continuously improve the CRM strategy and roadmap in alignment with Talent Solutions priorities and market needs.
    Global CRM Enablement: Support markets joining the global HubSpot instance, including nurture design, ideal customer profile rules, data readiness, user adoption and self-service capability.
    Campaign Operations and Automation: Enable global Talent Solutions campaigns, establish consistent lead-nurture and automation practices, and use A/B testing to improve effectiveness.
    Lead Management: Coordinate the intake, assignment, nurturing and progression of Contact Us inquiries, marketing-qualified leads, webinar leads and sales-qualified leads.
    Data Management and Governance: Manage data cleansing, quality, analysis and list creation across multiple sources while ensuring country legal and compliance requirements are met.
    Market Intelligence and ABM: Build prospect and account-based marketing target lists, support contact mapping and coordinate market intelligence for global reporting requirements.
    Performance and ROI: Establish reporting that tracks campaign activity, lead progression, sales follow-up and monthly or quarterly return on investment.
    Sales and Marketing Partnership: Provide actionable recommendations that improve campaign activity, lead tracking, automation and alignment between sales and marketing.
    Technology Partnership: Translate marketing requirements for Global IT and support the effective development of Boomi integrations across HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore and relevant data sources.
    Global Collaboration: Partner with global and local stakeholders to standardize practices, increase efficiency and scale effective CRM and data capabilities.

People Leadership    
    This role may not have formal direct reports; final team structure is to be confirmed.
    Provides functional leadership, coaching and training to marketing colleagues and CRM users, enabling teams to work more independently and consistently.

Other Key Details    
    Operates in a fast-moving, global environment with varied priorities and a high degree of cross-functional coordination.
    Uses HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Sitecore, Boomi and Microsoft 365 tools; specific work-location expectations will be determined by the employing country.
    Time is primarily focused on CRM strategy and administration, data governance, campaign enablement, lead operations, stakeholder partnership, analytics and user adoption.

Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills    
    5 years of relevant experience in CRM, marketing operations, data management, demand generation or a comparable B2B environment.
    Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including contact management, segmentation, workflows, nurturing, campaign operations and reporting.
    Experience working with CRM and marketing technology ecosystems; practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable enterprise CRM.
    Demonstrated experience improving data quality, cleansing and integrating data from multiple sources.
    Experience supporting lead-management processes, including MQL-to-SQL handoffs, sales follow-up and pipeline or ROI reporting.
    Working knowledge of privacy, consent and country-specific data-compliance requirements in a multi-market environment.
    Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into clear processes, data requirements and technology enhancements.
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data, technology or a related discipline, or comparable relevant professional experience.
    Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to Haves    
    Experience with Sitecore, Boomi, account-based marketing, contact mapping and market-intelligence tools.
    Experience supporting a global CRM rollout or consolidating local processes into a global platform.
    Experience in workforce solutions, professional services or another complex B2B services environment.
    Additional language capability and experience working across regions and cultures.
