Understanding these differences helps employers and job seekers identify the right fit for their needs.

What are good jobs for critical thinkers?

Critical thinkers are well-suited for roles such as analysts, researchers, and strategic planners, where problem-solving and analytical skills are essential. These jobs often require strong reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate complex information, making them ideal for individuals who excel at logical thinking and decision-making.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Critical Care Nurse, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Critical Care Nurse, you need advanced clinical skills in patient assessment, emergency response, and critical care procedures, typically supported by a nursing degree and critical care certification (such as CCRN). Familiarity with ICU equipment, ventilators, and electronic health records is crucial for effective patient management. Exceptional communication, decision-making under pressure, and emotional resilience are vital soft skills for success in this high-stress environment. These competencies ensure the delivery of safe, rapid, and effective care to critically ill patients, often making the difference between life and death.

What kind of jobs in media bring in $150,000 a year?

High-paying media jobs that can earn $150,000 or more annually include senior roles such as media directors, executive producers, and chief content officers, often requiring extensive experience, leadership skills, and industry knowledge. These positions typically involve strategic planning, content management, and advanced technical skills, sometimes supplemented by relevant certifications or advanced degrees.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

Critical Content professionals such as freelance writers, content strategists, or digital media consultants can earn around $4,000 weekly through high-value projects, client contracts, or agency work. Success in these roles often depends on experience, portfolio, and skills in content creation, SEO, or multimedia tools, with many working independently or remotely.

How does a Critical Content Specialist typically collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of sensitive information?

Critical Content Specialists frequently work cross-functionally, coordinating with legal, compliance, communications, and operations teams to ensure that all sensitive or high-stakes content meets organizational standards and deadlines. This role often requires managing tight turnarounds and balancing multiple priorities, making strong communication and project management skills essential. Regular meetings, content reviews, and feedback loops are common practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across all channels. Close collaboration is key to adapting quickly to urgent updates or shifting organizational needs.

Job description

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position, with the expectation of converting to full-time for the right candidate.
You'll join a small team in Baseten spearheading how we show up natively in the AI era. You'll contribute to our content strategy with a focus on identifying, experimenting, and executing written content in the highest leverage channels that can reach the strongest intent users.
This position will directly shape how we show up and present ourselves in front of developers with high intent of using open source and custom models.
This isn't a traditional content or writing role. You'll operate iteratively at the intersection of growth, product marketing, and community building. Ultimately, you'll be creating and running the pipeline for generating high viewership content on external sites and define our playbook of how we approach discoverability in AI engines.
When applying, please submit a favorite piece of your own writing that is relevant to your work experience. This could be a blog post, technical tutorial, or related content. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This is a primarily technical writing position-shipping new, unique, and high visibility content consistently will be the majority of your time.
  • Design and create automated research and content production workflows using agentic AI tools, reducing time-to-publish without sacrificing quality.
  • Find credible sites and information aggregators for our content to cast a wider net on distribution.
  • Identify topics that the Baseten ICP cares about via external and internal data.
  • Create data-informed long form content to solidify our authority in the inference space.
  • Codify latest SEO and AEO techniques and build automated pipelines to orient and optimize content.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Hands-on experience as a developer - at least one of Python, Javascript, SQL.
  • Experience or interest in working with GTM automation tools like Retool, Zapier, n8n, AirOps, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can explain complex technical concepts in an interesting and compelling way.
  • You have strong thesis and POV on the topics that AI/ML engineers are curious about, and can credibly communicate tradeoffs within our stack.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and an extreme bias toward ownership.
  • Have an experimental and data-driven mindset; you set clear outcomes and iterate quickly based on a mix of signals and intuition.
  • You move fast, ship content, and iterate based on what you learn.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference platforms, or LLM tooling.
  • Background supporting open source developer tooling.
  • Prior work tinkering or experimenting with a range of open source frontier models.
  • Likes keeping up to date with the latest trends and news in AI to help us identify critical opportunities to impact the wider industry conversation.
  • Understanding of SEO/AEO best practices
  • Familiarity with using generative AI for topic research or content production

This position is a contract role, so it is not eligible for the below stated benefits during the duration of contract.
BENEFITS
  • Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity.
  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
  • Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
  • Company-facilitated 401(k)
  • Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
