Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Collection Manager responsible for identifying and implementing the best access points, methods, and plans to exploit target networks and meet specific collection requirements. In this role, you will develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems, validate and adjust collection tasking, and terminate tasks as needed for various collection programs. You will also collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain, and maximize access to global communications, ensuring effective and efficient data collection.

The Level 4 Collection Manager shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Have experience with SIGINT collection and/or analysis.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience.
  • An Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience.
  • A Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in any field is acceptable.
  • Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collection or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: 216,000-271,000
