About the Roleย 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, product, engineering, andย go-to-market teams to deploy and scale AI-powered solutions. You will act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and technical teams, translating real-world operational workflows into impactful product capabilities.ย

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Customer Solution Development:Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge and requirements into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and integrations.ย 
  • Product Collaboration:Partner closely with product and engineering teams to test features,ย identifyย high-impact use cases, and contribute ideas for new product capabilities. Act as a translator between customer needs and technical execution.ย 
  • Customer Engagement & Enablement:Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educate users on product capabilities,ย validateย use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive successful adoption.ย 
  • Cross-Functional Impact:Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.ย

  • Domain knowledge of military acquisition.ย 
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).ย 
  • Experience working withย governmentย or defense sector clients.ย 
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to defense contracting (e.g., CMMC, ITAR, NIST 800-171).ย

Compensation Range: $160K - $200K
